Wealden Mushrooms sprouted to life in 2024 in the lush countryside of Wadhurst, East Sussex. With roots stretching from Australia, Eastern Europe, and California, we bring a colourful mix of cultures (and spores) to our farm.
Our passion? Growing top-notch gourmet mushrooms with a whole lot of heart and a dash of dirt. Whether you’re a chef, a foodie, or just mushroom-curious, we’re here to share the joy of fresh, local, and flavourful fungi.
